Sexual activity offenders and flying

I have a friend who is at the Pittsburgh airdrome as we speak. She boarded, aeroplane went downwards the runway, and then some guy pulled out his penis and showed a child. Someone noticed, alerted the flight attendant, and the plane turned around. The guy was immediately arrested. I exercise non know if he was a registered sex offender. To make this a debate, do you lot feel registered sex offenders should be banned from flying? Obviously if they are not registered, noone would know.
